Thank you again for your support of the CEM2025 Conference to be held in Bruges.
This year we have decided to change to format of the event, and all presentation will be Oral Presentations.
I have allocated 20 minutes for each paper, but this is to include questions so I would strongly recommend that the presentations are limited to 15 minutes in length.
There are no specific templates for the PowerPoint.
- Please can you send me your presentation (e.g. PowerPoint) by Friday 4 April, so I can add it to the main Presentation Laptop.
- I also suggest you being a copy on a laptop/USB device as a backup.
You will all have submitted a 2-page Digest, and will also have received some feedback from the reviewers. If you would like to update your Digest on the basis of reviewers comment, please feel free to do so. These will be available on the Conference App for all registered participants to see.
- Please can you make sure that any revised Digests are submitted by Wednesday 2 April, so we have time to upload the final version to the App.
Following the Conference, some authors will be invited to submit an Extended version of their papers for submission to the Post Conference journals. We will notify authors of the format required following the conference.
